For those who are joining our family of patients, welcome! We take your first visit very seriously. We schedule a longer appointment for your new dentist in Farmington visit because we want to take our time to get to know you and gather as much information as we can about your oral health. We look forward to getting to know you and your family, and to talking with you about your oral health and expectations for your smile.

We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us. We only deviate from our schedule if a patient arrives needing emergency dental care. Please call at least two business days in advance if you need to change an appointment.

We want to help remove financial barriers so our patients can get affordable dental care that meets their individual needs. Before scheduling treatment, we are happy to provide an estimate of costs. Many patients have dental insurance and, in the majority of cases, we are able and pleased to assist you in maximizing your dental benefits. We require that uninsured costs be paid the day services are rendered.
For patients covered by insurance, we will accept assignment of benefits. This means that your insurance is allowed to “assign” payments to our office. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment. It is because of this, and the extreme delay in receiving payment from insurance companies, that you are asked to pay your deductible and your portion of charges when services are rendered.
Please note that any estimates we provide to you are based on information provided to us by your insurance and are not a guarantee of payment. Only after a claim is submitted and reviewed by your insurance company can final payment be determined. As a courtesy, we file claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and track claims for you.

We also offer flexible financing through CareCredit℠ for those who qualify, because we understand that monthly payments can help people fit the costs of dental treatment into their budgets.
